A long-term employee of the firm, JOANIE NEWTON is a highly-skilled paralegal with extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate matters, including purchases, sales and financings.  She also provides support for estate planning matters.  She is a graduate of Champlain College with a degree in Legal Secretarial Studies.  Joanie enjoys traveling and getting outside to take advantage of the beauty of Vermont.  She and her husband Kevin are life-long residents of Morrisville.
