MARK H. KOLTER represents plaintiffs and defendants in general civil litigation, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, contract, property, business, and probate matters. Mr. Kolter was educated at the University of Vermont (B.A., 1973; M.Ed., 1981) and Vermont Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1984). He was Law Clerk for the Vermont Trial Courts, 1984–1985, and is a member of the Vermont Bar Association, the Vermont Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Kolter serves on the Board of Governors of the Vermont Association for Justice (formerly Vermont Trial Lawyers Association) (1993–present), and served as President in 2001–2002. He was Chairperson of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Vermont Bar Association (1995–1998), President of the Lamoille County Bar Association (1994–1998), and a member of the Vermont Bar Association Board of Managers (1999–2001).
